Thank you for your interest in pursuing a PhD in CS/CE/EE under my supervision. Due to the high volume of applications I receive, I kindly request that you review the following criteria before contacting me to ensure that your application will be considered:
Selection Criteria:
- I currently only accept students who:
- Hold a Master's degree and have at least one decent publication (publications in unknown conferences or journals will not be considered).
- Exception: Bachelor's students may contact me only if:
- You gradudated from a top university in your country with a good GPA or from a respectable university with an excellent GPA, and have a publication in a top-tier venue.
- English Proficiency Requirements (unless your country is exempted from English tests):
- TOEFL: 22 | IELTS: 6.5 | Duolingo: 110. (Any subcategory)
- GRE is preferred but not mandatory.
Documents to Include:
- Fill out this table and paste it into the body of your email (no need for a long cover letter written by yourself).
- Attach your CV, Bachelor's and Master's transcripts (unofficial versions are fine), and TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo/GRE score reports.
- Your best or most representative publication(s).
